Email support@whnext.io. Include your device model, operating-system version, the clip or screen involved, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information.

Quick fixes

If a round will not play, check your connection, then force-close and reopen the app. New rounds stream on first play and are cached afterward. One starter round remains available without a connection.

If playback freezes repeatedly, include the clip name and a screenshot when you email support.

To reset play history, use Settings → Storage and progress → Clear guess history. Reinstalling the app clears other data stored only on your device.

Billing

The game is free with advertising. What Next?! Plus is an optional monthly subscription that removes ads and provides unlimited hearts. Purchases and cancellations are managed through your Apple Account.
