About these terms

These terms apply to What Happens Next?!, a game published under the whnext.io brand. By using the game, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and old enough to agree under the law where you live; otherwise, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

The game

What Happens Next?! presents source footage and clearly identified AI-generated alternative endings for entertainment. AI endings may contain visual errors and must not be treated as records of real events.

Saved progress

Progress and preferences are stored locally. They may be reset when the app is removed, reinstalled, or substantially updated, so do not rely on the game for storing anything important.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, bypass access controls, extract or redistribute game media, or use the game unlawfully.

Advertising and purchases

The game may show advertising and may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, renewal terms, and the features included are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment and cancellation under the App Store rules. Advertising measurement is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Clip availability and features may change for safety, technical, or product reasons. Maintenance, retirement, and minimum-version controls may temporarily prevent play. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Our responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the game is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, while any mandatory protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
